This type of food is characterized by its dry spicy flavour and also cured/smoked ingredients. Unfortunately, one of my friends who I went with doesn’t have a high spice tolerance, so we did not order that many spicy dishes. It was still an incredible meal. But I need to pay another visit to experience the true flavours.
The spicy fish was so yummy! No tip was required when I checked out. The price is reasonable after all it is located near Fresno. Authentic Mexico food, I like it sooo much. Reminds me of the taste of my hometown food. Good pork with pepper, spicy, smells great, some really good dish.
Yum! Started with the green scallion pancake and then had the braised pork belly. The pancake was light and crispy, not what I was expecting, but it was very good. The pork belly came with mushrooms and quail eggs. An interesting, delicious combination. I love this place. It may seem pricey but remember tip is included in the pricing.
